THE BASICS

Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself as it produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem. Also, self-care is necessary to remind yourself to relax once in a while. A healthy work-life balance is one that incorporates both hard work and time for relaxation. 

While a little dose of stress is a healthy way to motivate, constant stress and anxiety can lead to adverse effects on our your mental and physical health. Practice self-care to find a balance between stress and relaxation. Ocassionally detract yourself from your workplace to focus on your well-being.
